Instructions for storage and use
The Terpon should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer until use. An applicator is provided, although it can also be inserted manually. Avoid over handling as the heat from your hands will cause the Terpon to lose the firmness necessary for easy insertion. The Terpon should be inserted prior to placement of a tampon or menstrual cup.

As a true small family business, our priorities are faith, family, and building a future for Emily. We truly appreciate your business! Originally created containing THC and known as the Terppon, creator Rich Amundson decided to formulate a CBD version in order to make this innovative product more widely available. Because CBD offers more anti inflammatory properties than THC, the Terpon provides even more relief than its cannabis containing sister product with none of the potentially harmful side effects of OTC medications.
